Pumpkin seed oil is highly valued for its skin healing properties (especially for inflammatory skin conditions). This oil is high in protein, zinc, and polyunsaturated fats.
HOW TO USE
Pumpkin seed oil is dark yellow to orange in colour and should be blended with other oils, as it has a rich oily constituency. Is is also advised to mix this oil with essential oils, as it has a strong scent! To prolong shelf life, it is recommend to keep this oil refrigerated.
