Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged or faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

 INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING DETAILS

SUNEETA LONDON will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to the following reasons:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details supplied at checkout. Please be advised to check your order confirmation and shipping confirmation. If there has been an error made do contact immediately via email sales@suneetacosmetics.co.uk and we will try our best to make the necessary amendments if possible. 
  • Failure to accept delivery due to refusal to pay customs and duty charges. 

 

RETURNED PARCELS

Parcels which are returned to us for any of the above reasons are not liable to be refunded your order. However, if we do have your parcel returned to us in good order, we will refund for the products, although deductions will be made. This will include £3.99 (return shipping cost to us) plus the initial shipping cost, depending on the option you initially chose. If you qualified for free shipping, the initial shipping cost would be £3.99.
